The panels work to allow cool, fresh air to circulate while also allowing intolerable heat build-up to escape so you stay cool, comfortable and focused during your training. Not only this, but the material helps to wick sweat and dry fast as things heat up to keep you feeling dry throughout. This further enhances the lightweight feel of the tee.
