<p>Rocktape Kinesiology Support Tape is designed to improve the body's natural healing process by increasing blood flow around the muscle. It microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia, decompressing the area and promoting blood flow. Rocktape also signals the central nervous system through the skin's nerves, which provides powerful feedback to minimise pain and cue form.
It relaxes overused and tired muscles and supports muscles in motion. Its self-adhesive wave pattern allows unrestrictive motion and moves with the skin and muscles. The tape is water-resistant, breathable and may be worn between 3-5 days.</p>
